Cakes by Ron was the very first custom cake shop to open for business in Sarasota, FL, in 1986.
Cakes by Ron is locally owned and operated by Ron Zammit, his son Nathan and his daughter Laura. Dedicated to his craft and meticulous in his work, Ron's passion is evident in the product that both he and his staff have created on a daily basis for 30+ years. Cakes by Ron also offers free wedding cake consultations which provides wide variety of cake flavors, fillings and design options!

In our store, you will find our bakery case filled with a variety of cupcake flavors, cookies and 6" dessert cakes, that will serve up to 7 guests. Our menu is a journey filled with sweet delights and decadent discovery!
