All custom orders must be a placed a minimum of 12 days prior to pickup.

Order Cancellation Policy:

Any orders canceled prior to 14 days before the scheduled order date, will receive a 50% refund and 50% store credit of the amount paid.

Any orders canceled 13 days before scheduled order date, will receive a 50% store credit of the amount paid and no refund.

All orders canceled within 12 days of pick up will receive no refund.
